Yes my computer is just kinda random..like one second my computer will be running fast nice, and the next sec it will take forever to say close a window or something. Like i clicked on a setup.exe for a Game and it took nearly 40 secs for it to appear..and sometimes on online games i get lag, sometimes bad sometimes not so bad lag. I cant think at ALL what the problem could be...any ideas?

The basics: antivirus/spyware, defrag, turn off file indexing (My Computer, Right click on a drive/properties/uncheck allow indexing/ignore all). If you do a lot of installing/uninstalling, get a registry defragger.

Also, maybe try dslreports.com and adjust your network connections (MTU, etc).
