Whenever i play a game, the pc would freeze with an audio loop of whatever is playing in the background. At first it happens for a couple of seconds and becomes normal and happens again, the more i play the more longer duration it freezes. I also noted recently the Processor is reaching temps of 60 degree at stable.
My Specs are:
Proccy: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Thuban 45nm Technology
Mobo: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A88T-M LE (AM3)
Graphics: AMD 6870 HD RADEON 1GB
RAM: GSKILL 4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)
OS: Windows 10 64x Biuld 1511

Kindly please help me out with this situation as i'm unable to run any games on it!

I believe your issue is a direct result of the high temps. When if ever have you blown out all the fans and heat sinks along with the total inside of the case? This is a must on at least a monthly basis.

What is the exact make/model of your RAM.....if your RAM is really running at 800mhz, you're are loosing half of your RAM speed. To verify this can you post a screen shot of CPU-Z memory tab.

CPU-Z ....

That is normal for CPUZ to show 800 MHZ DDR3 1600. You can relax it's running fine. I am not sure of your native ram speed though are you running DDR3 1333 @ DDR3 1600 speeds? Although not sure if your ram is rated for 1T like you seem to have running. Most DDR3 ram is 2T rated. 1T can cause instability if in some cases if you also run at rated timings unless you give the ram a bit of voltage boost.

May we know your power supply situation (brand-model-wattage) and have any or all of these parts worked ok before?

PSU: Cooler Master Thunder 500W, changed into this last year and its running fine..
Cleaning the CPU fan and heat-sink has led to a drop in temperature..Now the CPU itself is running @ 37 to 43 degree but the crashes still occur though at lower intervals
