Computer crashes and web pages freeze all the time!

My Vista Basic Laptop was doing great but now I've had it a year or so it's running really slow. The worst is when I am on sites like youtube where the internet pages seem to freeze all the time for long periods and I am unable to view anything or even move away from the page. Often this eventually involves a plugin crash.

Generally though the internet runs really slow and it's driving me mad. I have had a couple of viruses on here over the year but have managed to seemingly get rid of them.

I have scanned with all sorts of programmes such as Spybot Search and Destory, Trendmicro, Avast Virus Scan, Webroot Spyware Removal, Microsoft Security Essentials, Advanced System Care 3 in both Safe Mode and normal mode with System Restore off. None have deteced anything at all. I have also used Registry Fix/Scan programmes but I'm still having problems. I have also removed any programmes that I don't really use.

I did notice more of a change with slowing down after installing Webroot Anti Spyware but have since taken it off. When I complained about the sudden change they said at the time it was a problem with my registry and that I should take it to a computer guy to fix, to be honest it seems a stock answer when they basically can't help!

Anyway can anyone figure out anything I can do, it runs perfectly well in Safe Mode so I'm guessing it's a programme of some sort that's loading. I have posted a Hijackthis scan below. It's taken me nearly an hour just to able to get on to here!:

If you have had virus' before then you'll need to see one of the security specialists to make certain that your computer is clean because your problem sounds like it might be malware/virus issues.

http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...-posting-for-malware-removal-help-305963.html
Go to Start --> Run --> type msconfig
click on startup and then click on disable all
Click on the tab that says Services and Check the option that says Hide all microsoft services then click on disable all.

Uninstall all unwanted programs from the computer to do that
Go to controlpanel --> Programs and Features --> select the program you do not want and click on Remove

Delete the junk files
Click on Start-->Run-->type Temp and click on OK. this will open a folder with many files select all the files and delete them

Empty the Recycle bin

Click on Start-->Run Type regedit
Expand to KKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Control panel --> Desktop
Now on the right hand side we need to change some values

AutoEndTask change the value to 1.
HungAppTimeout change the value to 1000
WaitToKillAppTimeout change the value to 1000

this will definitely make your computer's performance better
Please let me know if this has helped you.
