Computer chop-shop, will this card work for me?

Hey guys, i have a computer that doesnt work no more, i was wondering if the parts from it are compatible with my new computer. The motherboard in my new computer is as follows:

Board: MSI MS-7267 4.0
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. V17.0B4 11/19/2007

So im wondering if i can use a 3DFR55256 GeForce FX 5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X video card on the above mention mother board.
I also have 2 stick of ram kicking around here (DDR @400MHZ), are they compatible with it too?
Any info would be greatly appreciated and sorry if i left out info needed, im not as computer savy as i want to be, lol
