Ok, I just finished making a new computer recently, but it doesn't start up properly. I have connected everything correctly and when I press the on button, the power LED and the fans start, plus all the LED's turn on.

I'm using a
Asus A7V8N-X Motherboard
AMD Athlon 2800+ processor
512 MB RAM (Matrix)
ATI Radeon 9550 (Sapphire)
80GB Maxtor Hard Drive

Can you tell me what's wrong? The computer starts, but I get no image on my monitor....

Have you checked the seating of the card? If it's not properly inserted then you'll get no video.
