CSS is the best way to do formating and layout of a website here a examples of CSS code and explanations.
http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_examples.asp

Forms is how you do radio buttons and stuff and here a tutor on forms
http://www.cwru.edu/help/interHTML/

Also while not required I pushed every one to use the XHTML standard of writing HTML the rules to it are here
http://www.devguru.com/Technologies/xhtml/quickref/xhtml_coding_rules.html

You can check if you using good coding habbits and following XHTML and CSS standards rules by adding the following code to your website which will add buttons that you can click that will check your code to see if it meet standards.

PHP:
<p>
    <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer"><img
      style="border:0;width:88px;height:31px"
        src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-xhtml10"
        alt="Valid XHTML 1.0!" /></a>
  </p>

  <p>
    <a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer"><img
      style="border:0;width:88px;height:31px"
        src="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss"
        alt="Valid CSS!" /></a>
  </p>
a big printable list would be nice thx
That would be a lot of work to put togeather and not really our job here. I leave you to sort through the information I give and make your own list from it.

If you have any more specific questions to ask about anything you dont understand in the tutors or stuff I did not cover feel free to ask.

Hey Kyle,

I see you'd like to know how to do basically ALL the HTML. Well that is possible. I suggest that you look through this tutorial here:

http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

I have found that is the best tutorial out there. It starts of slow and then becomes more complex as you go. :wink:

Have a fun and computing day,
Grove :cool:
