That Mobo has a PCI-E GPU slot so yes that GPU will work with that Mobo.
I'm not sure what you are referring to by "are they bottle neck match".
The HD4350 is a entry level card, the motherboard will not be a bottle neck.
how about this?
Newegg.com - MSI R4350-MD512H/D3 Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card

this one says ddr3 but last one said ddr2 what does this mean? does this effect the compatibility? and what's the difference between these two gpus?
and which one's better?
DDR3 is a newer RAM version. The 4350 is an entry level GPU so it won't make any noticeable difference using either GPU.
