Ok, let me explain the situation so you will have a better understanding :

I work for an Airline, and I am trying to make a query that will show me some information. The information I am trying to get is "What service bulletins are on 001 that are not on 009?". Service Bulletins are added gradually as an engines life span is carried out. They find out more about the engine and then add a service bulletin to fix any problems. Now, they are constantly producing these engines and constantly changing them aswell. So, engine #1 on 001 will have more service bulletins than, say, engine #1 on 009. This is because they need more things on #1 001 in order to make it the same as #1 009. So, I want to be able to find out what SB's are on 009 that are not on 001 using an Access query.

In other words : in a query, in SQL design mode, how can I say "IF [TabelName].[ColumnName] DOES NOT EQUAL "008" BUT DOES EQUAL "001" SHOW RESULTS"

Thanks.
