i can only help you with audio driver.

the audio driver provided on the website is not working. ive done a lot of research regarding to this issue and i found out that, the only working audio driver for v3713au is

SP40270

http://download.cnet.com/sp40270-exe/3000-2110_4-208857.html

for ethernet, you have to make a little changes in the scripting of the .inf file located in the ethernet.

This problem hasnt been solved by HP yet. It is so upsetting that this giant company care less of their customers. Whenever u install motherboard drivers or also known as nforce drivers on HP laptop, it will not install ethernet driver.

Ethernet driver is important for connectivity because not all places are installed with wireless connectivity.

Fortunately there's a fix for this problem.

Assuming that you are already in the ethernet folder of nforce drivers's folder, open nvfd6032.inf.

Search for this line

[Nvidia]
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET41.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0057
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET51.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0269
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET55.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0373
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET61.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_03EF
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET65.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0450
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET67.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_054C
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET73.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_07DC
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET77.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0760
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET79.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AB0
%NVENETVFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENETVFD.ndi, NVENET_VFD

Add this line

%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET40.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_054C&SUBSYS_30D6103C

Below this line

[Nvidia]

The final result is

[Nvidia]
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET40.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_054C&SUBSYS_30D6103C
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET41.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0057
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET51.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0269
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET55.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0373
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET61.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_03EF
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET65.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0450
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET67.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_054C
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET73.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_07DC
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET77.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0760
%NVENETFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENET79.NDI, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AB0
%NVENETVFD.DeviceDesc% = NVENETVFD.ndi, NVENET_VFD

Install the drivers. Windows will warn you that this driver is not a valid driver but ignore it. Keep installing until finish. Once finish restart your laptop. Now, your ethernet is working perfectly.
thanks me later. good luck
