My daughter has a Presario C700. When we plug in an external mouse, the buttons automatically reverse. Also, sometimes, when she is using the touch mouse, it will spaz out. The mouse flips all over the screen. I am installing the latest driver, but it just said that it was incompatible with the operating system. Any ideas?

Hi have you tried going to mouse in control panel and configuring it there
