Comp only works in Safe Mode & need to scrub hard drive
Hey folks,
I'm getting rid of a 2005-bought Gateway 6510GZ laptop which, for some unknown reason, no longer works on regular mode (it just completely freezes immediately following boot-up), so I could only get it to work in Safe Mode.
Obviously, I want to scrub/delete the contents of the hard drive as thoroughly as possible before donating/recycling this piece of crap, but some of the methods I've tried just don't seem to work under Safe Mode - any suggestions??
