I might be way off on what you want, but right clicking a folder is the usual way.

Maybe try to right click into the folder and "sort by date modified".
And then you can choose all files from top down to the xyz.txt.

But I am not sure if this will do exactly what you want.

EDIT: I somehow didn't see that this suggested thread is in the Linux Forum. My suggestion was based on the assumption that this question is about Windows. Sorry to waste your time.
