I ran combo fix and there is no mention in the log that it found anything.
Does this mean everything is ok ?

Hi and welcome to TSF.

You should have not run combo fix with out having expert assisting you. It is a good way to brick your computer.

Combo fix can't fix everything that is why you need the expert in assiting you, they are trained to read the logs it produces.
