COD4 crash, BSOD

I bought COD4:MW about 2 days ago and online about 3 outta 4 i join, right after the loading screen is done the screen goes black then goes blue, there is no text or anything just blue.... also singleplayer does the same after loading screen.... i dont have any other programs running while doing this also .... please help if you can :/

would help the patch version system specs and try patching to game to the latest if it isn't already also try playing around with the video settings (as in go lower) when i usually get this i open the dev console and use a few commands, but alas i stopped playing the game and cant remember the commands... i stopped playing the game because i don't have the disc at the current time.
