There is not a jumper on that board, the only way to do it is to un-solder the CMOS battery on the motherboard, what problem are you having?
CMOS Jumper?
Does anyone here know where the jumpers that clear the CMOS on a Dell Inspiron 1100 motherboard are? The model number on the motherboard is LA-1542 REV 1.0 if it helps.

That's what I was afraid of and I have already tried that. Your not going to be of any more help to me because it is a password related issue.
Removing the battery will not remove the password on that board, nor would clearing the cmos if you could, believe it or not the Dell warranty procedure at the time was to replace the board:4-dontkno
