cmd.exe problem

001.bat in my temp folder too...

I have the same problem, despite the fact that I rolled-back the system several times. :upset:
The system becomes unresponsive at start up, but not every time. Cmd.exe eats up all the processing power it can, because it gets stuck in an endless loop, because it's unable to delete rundll32.exe. Is there a point in trying this at all ? To me this seems to be a futile action that only gives away the virus, worm or whatever this is. Is this an attempt to replace rundll32 ?
One of my executables got once modified and upon launching it, it started 001.bat too. So it seems that this thing is infecting executables too from time to time. But none of the antivirus programs I tried detected anything. Is there a way to log the start-up process ?
