hi frd!!!!!!

my cmd.exe is not opening....
it is showing an error saying dat "another program is currently using this file............."

wat can i do now?????

i even downloaded console2 software vch replaces cmd....

but even dat is not working in my PC....
like it showa an error msg like reinstallation ll fix the errors... i dont remember.....

anyone plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you trying to open it?
Try to goto strart|programs|accessories|msdos prompt and see if it works.

If not please give the exact error message.

i really wasted 1 week for this....

but the thing is we created another (cmd.exe)file...can't we do ne changes for the existing file to work properly????

Maybe the original cmd.exe was corrupted in some way.
