How much do I set Cluster Size for formattting a 64 gbs and 32gbs sd card ?

I see sometimes 64Kbs is recommended ? How do I know what I should set it at when I format a micro sd card either Fat32 or ExFat ? Do I change the cluster size in proportion with the capacity of the sd card ?
