Close Program Box

Ok heres the deal, i just had that w32.lovsan.worm and i noticed right about the same time i started getting the problems with it shutting me down , which you can read about in the other thread about "strage xp problems" i noticed that my "close program box" as i call it that is reached throuth ctrl-alt-del is only half there, the main part that shows the applications is ther ebut the taabs and options up top arent there and i cant reach the processes tabs or any other tabs that i on occasion need, and not to mention the all so important X in the corner. does anyone have any idea why this may be happening or how to fix it ?
