Clevo d400s beep codes

I have just recieved a Clevo D400s. It all seems good, when I click on the power butter all lights flash , the Cd rom spins. Then I get 1 long beep 3 short beeps , 4 short beeps , then 3 short beeps and nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do to fix this problem if it's fixable.

Not sure what type of system you are talking about. If its a pc not
a laptop I would suspect a loose video card, or loose ram. Of bad vid
card or bad ram, probably loose. If its video make sure if theres a extra
power lead for the card that its in place and tight.

Doesnt matter, still a laptop. I bet its still one of the same problems
Ive mentioned. Ive never taken a laptop apart, Ive worked on there
software, but no hardware. If its new I would send it back, have
them fix it.
