Clevo d400s beep codes

I have just recieved a Clevo D400s. It all seems good, when I click on the power butter all lights flash , the Cd rom spins. Then I get 1 long beep 3 short beeps , 4 short beeps , then 3 short beeps and nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do to fix this problem if it's fixable.

ok well I feel dumb now, I have the laptop here now and it says "cicero" on the top but the model is a D400S . Does this help
