Hello, I have recently bought a backup hard drive to ghost my work computer with. I would like to get a super clean backup if possible. I dont think it should be too bad but who knows. I have run trend micro virus scan with a clean report. Ad-aware found one file I got rid of and spybot found 2 things it got rid of. I turned on all startup items and restarted then ran this report from hijack this.

I have already done the normal first steps to try and speed this up. I followed the instructions that seemed to apply to getting started. The only thing I couldn't do was check the problems in HJT since I dont know them yet. I have listed all the reports and a fresh HJT report.

Since I can't tell which version of ComboFix you've used on your own, and it's udated often, please delete your existing version, and get this one;

Download combofix.exe to your desktop.


* IMPORTANT !!! Place it on your Desktop.


Click the Windows 'Start' button > Select 'Run' - then copy/paste this into the run box & click OK
