Chronic Malware Issue

739 Views 0 Replies 1 Participant Last post by  alicetheowl
I recently switched to Firefox after a bombardment of popups in Internet Explorer. I thought I'd cleaned out the problem with AVG Anti-Spyware, Combofix and by getting rid of all of the Outerinfo (and related) programs on my computer, but similar issues have cropped up since, and it keeps coming back. Clearly, I am in over my head on this one. Any help getting this thing gone for good (and preventing its return) would be greatly appreciated.

Here's my latest HijackThis log:
