There is one issue but I'm not sure if it's a virus or not.

Whenever I browse on Google Chrome, I have popups that randomly show up in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. This has been ongoing for a year and I'm not sure if it's a virus or a built in feature from Chrome.

Please do the following ..:

Reset Google Chrome

Note: this step will revert some Chrome browser settings to default.
For a complete list of what is removed during a Chrome reset, see here for more information.
  • Open Google Chrome.
  • Click the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the Chrome window (three dots) and select Settings.
  • Under Reset and Cleanup, select Reset Settings.
  • Select Reset Settings to confirm the reset.

Hi , aiemgahd..! Glad we could help..! :thumb:

If all is well:

The following will remove the tools we used as well as reset system restore points:

KpRm

Download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.
  • Right-click kprm_(version).exe and select Run as Administrator.
  • When the tool opens, ensure all boxes are checked, and select Run.
  • Once complete, click OK.
  • A log will open in Notepad titled kprm-(date).txt.
  • Please copy and paste its contents in your next reply.

Safe surfing
