Hey, I'm going to massively upgrading my pc so you might as well call it building.

I'm going to buy a new case, mother board, cpu, and ram.

Case: CASE MIDITOWER ATX W/ O PSU/ ISOLO 210 BLACK GIGA- BYTE
Mother Board: ASROCK AM3 AMD770 DDR3 SATA2 GLAN
CPU: AMD PHENOM II X2 545 3GHZ AM3 BOX
2X ram: MEMORY DIMM 2GB PC10600 DDR3/ CL9 AD3U1333B2G9- B A- DATA

The only things I'm going to keep, are my Radeon GeForce hd 3650 video card(PCI-E), 2 SATA hard drives(120gb and 500gb) and a separately bought sound drive.
So are these going to match?
And the whole joke is going to cost 500$, so is it also reasonable?

Go with Asus or Gigabyte for a Mobo. Do you have a PSU?

Asus and Gigabyte are the 2 top tier manufacturers.

Do you have any online links to where you can buy those prices seem high.

The W/O PSU in the case description normally means Without Power Supply.

What video card are you running and what Brand and Model is the power supply?

ASRock are not the most reliable Mobo's and the one you selected must be an older model......it's a deactivated item on newegg.
I agree with wrench97 on those prices being rather high.
