Charter Security Suite

A friend just got the charter high-speed security suite installed, and for a few days he was running fine until today.(I am posting about it since he cant)
He is computer will turn on, but there is no boot screen, and right after the monitor turns on it goes back into what it would be like in sleep mode.
The keyboard lights also do not turn on, but the cpu will stay on...


While the CPU stays on no other action happens.
