Changing the first ME picture shown

How do I change the first picture shown on the screen during boot up? Windows ME starts up - then shows a picture - then goes back to booting up and finally comes up to the desk top.

What is this picture called. I don't think it is called wallpaper but then I don't really know.

I had a Christian program in there that changed the picture with scripture each time I started my computer but I had to format and lost it. Now I don't remember where I downloaded that program.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jan

In windows 98 it was something like LOGO.SYS for startup, and LOGOW.SYS for waiting to shutdown and LOGOS.SYS for shutdown. They should be hidden on your c:\ drive.
