Task Bar is usually horizontally across the bottom of the screen. Moved to vertically on the right hand side of the screen. How can I "move" it back to the bottom?

Put your pointer on the taskbar, click and hold down the left mouse button while bringing the mouse pointer towards the bottom of the screen.

right click on taskbar and uncheck lock taskbar
then click and hold with the left and drag it to where you want it
