That board accepts 2 x dimms for a total of 4 GB Supports DDR2 1066/800/667.
Your other components will work fine on the new board. You should not have to reformat the hdd. Worst case, you may need to do a repair install of windows.

If your ram sticks are DDR2 they will work...
The GPU will work fine.

you should uninstall all the Motherboard drivers on your old pc first, then take it apart, put your HD in your new pc and then see if it starts up fine. Then install your new MB drivers.

Though i've done this before, it can lead to driver files clashing etc. Better to start of fresh. Hope you got a partition on your HD.

Or buy a new Hard drive.

Your spoiled for choice :p

These specifications are on d ram stick rite ?
Should be. Or you should, at the least, find a manufacturer's part number
