Changing Mult-booting to one O.S

Hi. I am editing boot.ini as i want to boot in one windows as recently crashed with flashing BIOS.

Anyway is the bold area that i shall delete?

You have 2 copies of XP Home installed. One on partition 2 and another on partition 3. I'd assume partition 2 is your original install and you'd delete part. 3. Check your partitions in Disk Management to be sure.
