Yes you can reset the BIOS....to do it, power off the computer, and remove the power cord.
Open the case and look on the motherboard for a 'silver' disc like component, this is the CMOS battery...carefully remove it and leave it out of the machine for 10-15 minutes; then replace it in the exact manner that is was.
Power up the computer again and see what eventuates.
