i was wondering i could manually change my ip using run or any other.normally i use the the free sites that provides it but my problem is that all the banners that comes with it makes my speed too slow.i also treid some other sofware(hide ip) but did not like it because they all slows down my speed so i was wondering if there is are way to manualy do it myself. or if some recomendations can be given i hope this isnt a dumb ????

what exactly do you mean? what device's ip? what for? "run"?

thks for the respond its my pc's ip. run i meant by typing a command in >windows + R <

well u don't have to do it in run. u see the little computer icon in the bottom right of ur screen? double click that. then click properties. in the scroll box click "internet protocol[tcp/ip]" that's where u can set the ip of ur computer manualy.
