I put this problem into the other browsers section because it is consistent throughout all browsers. When I try to go on certain webpages, (namely deviantart) it shows as a white screen, except in Internet Explorer(where it shows an error 403, this website declined to show this webpage).
None of the other websites that this happened to were that important, and I don't remember what they were. And lastly, my computer could access these sites perfectly before.

Make sure you're typing the URL fully and correctly. If you get the 403 after trying to log in to a website, make sure your details are correct and haven't changed since last time.

If this is a family computer, check the parental lock settings. It could be that the child is spending too much time on particular sites and the parents have blocked them.

It could not be any of those programs, I tried all of that. If it helps at all, I was on a wiki (made using wikia) and then went to a different page. It didn't work. Now none of the wiki works, even though i have used it perfectly fine before. I think this is the 2nd wikia based wiki for this to happen to, even though it is not only limited to those sites
