TSST Corporation CDDVDW SH-S222A device is shut off for one or another reason. I have no idea how to correct this. Do you have you any suggestion ?

What do you mean by shut off?
Are you getting any messages or does it just not work correctly?
Please give as much info as possible and we can figure out what is happening.
