cd wont install

i need help i have a windows xp computer and i have a cd called norton utillites everytime i try to install it goes 4 a while then when it goes to the one where its copying the files it comes up and says this....an error occurred during the move data process :-117 do u no what this means and can i fix this? or how would i fix this. help please thank you
