CD-R Help

I've got a Sony Mavica MVC CD-1000 that records directly onto CD-R and even though it's old I love this camera. Here's my problem : Macs won't read an ISO-9660 formatted disc and I WANT IT TO! Any help out there for me?

if you have the Classic Environment on your computer, try to see if this link helps...
