CD- No Machine Will See My Photos!

Hi

I have a cd that seems to be overfull if that is possible?

When I try and veiws in Windows explorer its sees the two folders the disk contains but when I click on either folder I just get the egg timer indefinetly.

Also I thought maybe if I copy this media onto a larger disk but Nero will not see disk

Any help would be great
