I just happen to rent this house with cat 5e ready but it seems none of the out let works. one there is no phone in the house except cell. I think there is no feed to the cat 5 outlets. Any suggestions as to why this might happen and where can I find the soure for this cat 5 from the panel? I need to use the outlet for my desktop.
