My HP Colour Laserjet 2550n has the lights flashing to indicate that all the cartridges are missing (or not found). Shortly before this happened all the cartridges were showing as 60% full.
I have tried replacing one of the cartridges anyway but even a brand new HP cartridge still shows as missing. I've tried updating the driver again this didn't change anything.
I cannot print a config page even from the printer (by holding the ok and cancel buttons together). I've also tried power cycling the printer still no joy. Can anyone shed some light?
