My computer ocasoinaly crashes once or twice every 3 days. But this time when i boot it up it gives me options like normal startup, safe mode, (2 more types of safe mode) and last settings but i tried them all at least 10 times and none of those work. When i try 1 it loads for a bit then gives me a blue screen telling me its Bios or hardware or software. But i cant figure out to get on my computer so i need help please!

What is the Blue Screen Error message say? Also when you get to the Advanced Boot up screen, one of the options is to disable Automatic Restart after and error. Choose this one for better trouble shooting.
Have you installed any new software or Hardware or did any updates to software recently?
If you have an XP CD boot off of that and get to the Recovery Console. there type in chkdsk /f/r and hit enter. The Check Disk Utility will try and fix any file system problems.

Hello and Welcome to TSF!!!

This could be either hardware or software issue...

If it is software problem, than some system files might be corrupted due
constant crashing...

If it is hardware problem, HDD might have some bad sectors...

Follow spike2me's instructions and post BSOD error here...

Check what make/model is HDD, visit manufacturer's Web Site,
download diagnostic tools and scan your HDD...

Keep us posted...
