I can't seem to get this program to run. Im on Window 7 64bit using VMware and installed Windows XP 32Bit. While im on xp and trying to tun this program it gives me this error:

Have you tried running it in Compatibility Mode?

I haven't tried it on a real 32bit system yet. I think I'm going to try that.

I believe you are using VMware because you want to use use ncsexper.exe which is a 16bit application. Without help of application there is no other way to run 16 bit application on top of 64bit Win 7. Use XP mode. you don't even need to search for expensive VMware. I too use Turbo C in my x64 win 7 using XP mode and work as a charm, if you need help installing it write back to forum.
