Ok, you have to give us more information then this cryptic message.
What is the Net Adapter Software? Do you mean a CD is stuck in the drive? Did you try to put a straightened out Paper Clip in the pin hole in the front of the drive to Eject the tray?
Or do you mean that you can't view the contents of the CD once you put it in the drive? Once you insert the CD, what happens when you go to My Computer and double click the CD drive? Can you right click the drive and choose Explore?
