Ok i've been working on these problems for weeks.First off when i try and boot win ME.I get a KERNEL Error reinstall windows.Well i dont have the reinstall disc.Tried downloading and replacing ikernel.dll didnt work.Another problem is that i cant install anything.I get different .dll errors.Tried restoring my Registry.PC Just sits for awhile.XP restore wont work i just get a windows cant help ur computer. Any help appreciated.And no i dont have the XP Reinstall. TY
