I'm trying to install the latest version of Bit Defender and I encounter an error saying it can't write a driver file - bdfsftr.sys - to my driver folder in c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers

The message asks me to verify if I have access to that directory. I was able to copy a .txt file there so I believe I do have access to that spot.

Any suggestions on why the install program can't write the driver file to the target directory?
