I installed a DVD Combo in my Laptop, configured and installed all drivers, updates, software, etc.

However, when I play a DVD, I get SOUND ONLY! The Picture is a " Light Show"... Can't anybody tell me why?ray:

WRONG ANSWER! You were guessing, weren't you?

I had to disable the hardware excellerator.

No, actually lots of people have codec problems. The accelerator probably would have been the next suggestion. Anyway, grats on getting it to work.
