i installed a GA-H77-DS3H in my machine. PC has been working fine. i wanted to go into the BIOS setup to check the settings on my RAM, but when i hit the delete key (the key to get into setup) i get taken to a blue screen with "GIGABYTE - UEFI DualBIOS" at the top, and nothing else. this is the first time i've tried to get into the BIOS, so i don't know if i'm supposed to wait like 10 mins or something for it to load or what. the same thing pretty much happens when i hit F12 to go into the boot menu. i get the same screen, except i also see my mouse on the screen, but i can't move it around.

Possibly. Does your PC have a PS/2 keyboard connection and do you have or can you borrow a PS/2 keyboard to try?

it does. i'll have to check and see if we have any keyboards with that connector.

so...there's something with the USB connector that could prevent the BIOS menus from loading? if it's not that, what else could it be?
