When I try to defrag I get this message:

I found a place on the web that suggested doing the defrag in Safe Mode. Here's what I get when I do that:

The instruction at "0x7C91FFA" Referenced memory at "0x00000000." The memory could not be "written"

Sorry I can't help you with windows Defrag...But Defraggler...
