sorry if this is late but, maybe search for the files on search on winxp or look around the bt voyager program files. go to computer my computer, c:drive, program files and find bt voyager and search that file that missing and see if it is anywaere else, if u found it somewere else put it in the rite folder in bt voyager... or if that not work... tell me...
