Hello,
I already know the problem with my laptop and need to replace the ribbon cable, lcd cable, screen cable, I'm not exactly sure what to call it.

In this first picture it is the bronze ribbon to the left

I have an Acer Aspire 5740-5513 15.6" screen. Can anyone please help me find the replacement part online that I may order it and get my computer fixed.

it may have a parts list use the green download button bottom right of the screen

Can't see your pictures... You could also try searching ebay for *Acer Aspire LCD cable* or *Acer Aspire video cable* if it's the cable that connects to your motherboard.. See what you can find from there. If you can get a part # for Joe's link, even better. Try a google search for the part#.
