Hi,

Lately I've been being prompted by iTunes to download the latest software for both iTunes and my iPod. When I go to the website to do so, I type in my information, click Download, and a message comes up that says "Your security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded". How can I get this to be allowed? I've looked everywhere. Thank you so much for any help.

Hi,

When I try to do that, the option to click on "Sites" for trusted sites is grayed out. I've looked under restricted sites, and it's not under there. So I'm not sure what's wrong.

It's on medium.

For some reason I am now allowed to download the iTunes update, but not the iPod update. It still says I am not allowed to download it according to my currect security settings. I tried setting everything back to default and it still won't work. Anyone have any suggestions?
